At Jakari J Salon & Spa, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon. Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Jakari J Salon & Spa. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service.
Jakari J Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
Inform Us in Advance
We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Thus, out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored only at salon discretion.
We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.
To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value.
In order to respect the time of our stylist and guest on our waiting list, any reservation missed without prior notice is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the missed service(s) and future services on a walk-in only basis. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Appointment we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.
Our Flexible Salon Policy
Our waiting area is very small; we only have space to accommodate clients receiving services. Due to limited space we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment.
Forms of payment we accept include: Cash, Debit card & Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Cash App and Zelle. We DO NOT ACCEPT Paypal or Apple Pay. When using any debit or credit card, there is an additional $5 fee added to your transaction.
Your request will be scheduled based on Artist availability. Your request is not approved until you receive confirmation from Jakari J Salon & Spa.
