Shanel Harris
Shanel Harris, owner and Artistic Director at Jakari J Salon. brings a strong styling background and over 27 years of experience to her clients. With an artistic vision and impeccable attention to detail, she develops healthy hair plans and styles tailored to her clients' needs. Specializing in hair of all textures, Shanel has mastered the art of transforming dry, dull, and frizzy hair into shiny, healthy, touchable locks her clients love. Her training is versatile as it is extensive, and includes editorial work, along with work under the tutelage of renowned stylists. Shanel is a firm believer in keeping herself and her team educated in the latest techniques and treatments and takes each client as a learning experience to build on.
Senior Colorist
Raquel Reyes
Raquel, our Senior Colorist is never happier than when she's turning chemistry into art. Her precision and visionary techniques have made her a talent with color corrections, beautiful vibrant tones, and most importantly, natural hair color. Raquel's skill for mixing color formulas produces shades complimentary to individual skin tones and facial features. This enables her to strategically place color and highlights in a way that ensures the utmost natural and refreshing look, without causing any damage to the hair.
